Ceramic is a natural material, and each Chasker bowl is unique. Small variations like minor black spots, surface bumps, or uneven glaze color can occur during the firing process — these are characteristics of handcrafted ceramics, not defects. They don't affect the bowl's safety, function, or beauty.
Are the bowls dishwasher safe?
Yes! Our ceramic bowls are dishwasher safe, making cleanup easy and convenient. We recommend using the top rack.
Can I use diluted bleach to clean the bowls?
We care about our pets so we recommend not to use diluted bleach. Bleach residue is harmful to your pet. To maintain clean bowls please wash with mild dish soap, hot water, a dedicated sponge, rinse thoroughly & air dry.
